A Direct Debit is an arrangement made with your bank that allows a rent payment to come out of your account on an agreed date each week or month.
It's easy to set up a monthly Direct Debit so you never miss a payment.
Complete and return a monthly Direct Debit mandate payable to Lowther Homes Limited. You'll receive a Direct Debit mandate in your Welcome Pack or you can download a copy here, Direct Debit form.
When is my rent due?
Payments are collected on the 1st of each month. You must pay your rent in full on the due date.
What happens if I miss a rent payment?
If you fail to do this you will be in breach of your tenancy agreement.
What's included in my rent?
Services included in your rent are:
- cleaning of communal windows
- communal grounds maintenance
- lift maintenance (if applicable)
- repairs – internal and external
- stair cleaning
- stair lighting
- gas and electrical certification.
