Contents insurance claim
Making a claim for contents insurance is quick and easy.
You are insured by Aviva.
Your policy number is your customer account number.
To make a claim contact the loss adjuster, Sedgewick. You can call them on 0345 604 8901 or email tlh@uk.sedgewick.com.
Once you’ve completed the form, send it to the loss adjuster: Sedgewick at 103 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7BW. This information is also on the claim form. The loss adjuster will then deal directly with you.
Out-of-hours advice:
In the event of an emergency (for example, no cooking facilities), call Sedgewick on 0345 604 8901. This number is available 24 hours a day.
Freezing weather:
You may have to claim both your buildings and contents insurance if you suffer from burst pipes after a period of freezing weather. Furniture, carpets and other movable items will be covered by contents cover. The repair of walls and floors will require a buildings insurance claim.
