Help us reshape our online services
We’re looking to redesign our online services – and we need your help.
Customer feedback tells us that our current online services aren’t meeting your needs, so we want your thoughts on what needs to improve before we start redesigning the system.
This survey is the start of a major redesign of the online account portal and we will include your input every step of the way. We want to hear from as many customers as possible through the survey which will run until 4 November.
We have an online survey that will help us find out:
- What internet access you have;
- Challenges you have with using the internet;
- Issues you have with your online account; and
- what we can do to improve it
Don’t worry if you haven’t registered or used it before – we still want to hear from you. What has stopped you signing up? What would you expect to be able to do in your online account?
The survey has 15-20 questions and shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete.
Your feedback is a vital part of working out exactly what needs to change. Please give us your honest feedback to help us shape a new portal that will deliver the best experience for you.
