New factoring system coming soon

Later this year, we’ll be launching a new factoring system designed to meet your needs. The new system will give you easier access to information and your account.

You’ll be able to manage your accounts online, make payments, set up Direct Debits, and generate copies of your bills whenever you need them. Reporting and tracking common repairs will be easier, and you’ll benefit from improved response times to your enquiries.

We need up-to-date contact details for you, to make sure you can access the new system when it launches later this year. This includes your date of birth, telephone number, and email address.
