Laura Henderson

Managing Director

Laura has 19 years’ experience in the housing sector and joined Wheatley Group in 2014 as a Locality Housing Director. Previously she has worked at North Ayrshire Council as an Area Housing Manager.

Laura has a professional Diploma in Housing from the De Montfort University and a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 in Housing.

Laura was appointed as the Managing Director of Cube and Loretto Housing Association in December 2019, overseeing the new-build and investment programmes and helping customers through the challenges of the pandemic. In April 2022, she took up the role as Managing Director of Wheatley Homes East and Loretto Housing. She then took on her role as Managing Director of Lowther in May 2026.
