What you need to do

As a customer of Lowther Homes, you have a number of rights and responsibilities.

You must keep up to date with your rent payments. If not, we will look to end your tenancy. If you are struggling to keep on top of your rent, please contact us as soon as possible and we can help.

Your first rent and deposit payments must be paid in advance or on the date of entry. These can be made by debit or credit card. We don't accept cash payments. After this, rent payments should be made by Direct Debit or using your My Lowther online services account.

If you are making a telephone payment, please call us on 0800 561 6666 and quote your account number.
